ARLA Games Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

At ARLA Games, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth experience, from checkout to game night. Please review our policies below regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.

 

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  1. Orders are shipped as soon as they are placed.

  2. During holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  1. We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and best available option.

  2. Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your order has shipped.

  3. ARLA Games is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  2. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

  1. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  2. International orders may take 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  1. Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. ARLA Games is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  2. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  1. If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.

  2. For packages lost in transit, contact us at orders@arlagames.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

  3. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

International Orders

  1. Delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance.

  2. ARLA Games is not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your local customs office.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

  1. Eligibility Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Opened or used games may not be eligible for a full refund.

  3. Return Process:

    1. Email us at orders@arlagames.com with your order number as the subject line.

    2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.

  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  1. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@arlagames.com with photos of the issue.

  2. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Gift cards and digital products.

  2. Clearance or final sale items.

Additional Protections

  1. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping; we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  2. Orders returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
